THE HS2 high-speed railway will be headquartered in Birmingham under a huge redevelopment unveiled by the government yesterday.
The Birmingham Curzon Urban Regeneration Company will lead the development of over 140 hectares of land around Curzon Street in the heart of the city centre.
It is set to create 14,000 jobs, 2,000 homes and will reportedly be worth up to £1.3 billion a year to the economy
