MEN’S RUGBY UNION: Prop Fin Baxter was the only change to the England team for Friday morning’s second test against the All Blacks at Auckland’s Eden Park.

MEN’S BOXING: Unbeaten 27-year-old Jaron Ennis faces Russia’s David Avanesyan for the IBF Welterweight belt in Philadelphia Saturday night.

Ennis, who became the current interim champion after Terence Crawford relinquished the title, has secured 28 of his 31 wins by knockout. Avanesyan was knocked out by Crawford in the sixth round of their championship bout in December 2022 and has only fought once since then.

WHEELCHAIR RUGBY LEAGUE: Early season table-toppers Leeds put their three-match unbeaten record on the line when they take on the London Roosters in Saturday’s Super League fixture.

The Roosters have won one and lost one of their first two games. Second-placed Halifax, the most successful team in Super League history, take on bottom club Hull FC tomorrow afternoon. Defending champions Wigan are not in action this weekend.
