China vows to get tough as Kim tees up fresh menace

CHINA pledged to enforce harsh new sanctions on North Korea yesterday as its leader Kim Jong Un threatened more nuclear weapon tests.

In a phone conversation with his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi also called for new talks with Pyongyang on nuclear disarmament.
