Cuba: a heartwarming experience to remember
NIPARUN NESSA reports on an NUT delegation to Cuba – where she was overwhelmed by the Cuban people’s warm welcome and genuine commitment to equality

I was fortunate to be a part of the NUT delegation to Cuba at the end of October and was so impressed by the community spirit and positive atmosphere flowing everywhere.

Walking around I was continually surrounded by music, dancing and smiley faces.

We visited many schools and universities and I was impressed with the range of courses and services on offer.
