Syria: Damascus hits out at foreign aggression
Syrian troops take back more of Aleppo

SYRIA condemned illegal Turkish, Israeli and US military aggression in support of rebels yesterday as its troops liberated another Aleppo district.

Israeli jets violated Lebanese airspace overnight to launch missiles into south-western Syria in what the armed forces called a “desperate attempt” to boost morale among fundamentalists on the defensive across the country.

The target was apparently Lebanese Hezbollah guerillas allied to the government. No casualties were reported.
