US SECRETARY of State John Kerry was in Albania yesterday to press for “reforms” on the promise of European Union membership.
Mr Kerry stopped in the capital Tirana before flying back to Washington following contentious meetings on Ukraine in Munich.
The proposals include the creation of an anti-corruption court and prosecutor’s office as well as a national investigative body similar to the FBI.
