Scandal-mad security firm hires copper who resigned after 8 final warnings
SCANDAL-HIT security firm G4S gave a top job yesterday to a former chief constable who had been forced to resign for misconduct.
Nick Gargan, who headed Avon and Somerset Constabulary, was found guilty of making inappropriate advances to female colleagues, leaking internal emails and using his work phone to send, receive and store intimate images.
Mr Gargan was suspended by the area’s police and crime commissioner in May 2014 following the allegations made against him.
