Korean Peninsula: Ministers from North and South meet for fresh talks

NORTH and South Korea held talks yesterday, hours after the United Nations human rights chief called for Pyongyang to be hauled before the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Vice-ministers met in the North Korean border town of Kaesong, near the abandoned border “peace village” of Panmunjom in the heavily fortified Demilitarised Zone (DMZ).
