Good ol’ Harry Redknapp has guided Queens Park Rangers back into the Premier at the first time of asking and will hope to keep them up this season.

It took a late Bobby Zamora goal in the play-off final against Derby to secure promotion and had they lost that game, chances are Redknapp would have been out of a job.

Instead, the former Tottenham manager will have another chance at managing in the top division of English football.
