Rouhani does business as crowds decry executions

IRANIAN President Hassan Rouhani received a mixed welcome in the French capital Paris yesterday, with protests and calls for sanctions marring his business deals.

A near-naked member of protest group Femen, her body painted in the colours of the Iranian flag, hung by a fake noose from a bridge next to a huge banner reading: “Welcome Rouhani, executioner of freedom.”
