Funding cuts have pushed teachers to the brink
Osborne’s cuts have put an intolerable financial squeeze on schools, which is why teachers are taking strike action today, explains KEVIN COURTNEY

TODAY, teachers across England will take strike action in defence of national terms and conditions and against cuts to school funding.

This strike will mark the opening of an ongoing campaign, including industrial action, in order to halt and reverse government underfunding of education.

We all know that schools are facing a very difficult funding situation at the moment.
