INDUSTRIAL: The TSSA transport union is closing in on a recognition deal for management-grade control staff at Great Western Railway, it says.
General secretary Manuel Cortes warned other train operating companies that do not have collective bargaining rights for management grades that “we will be knocking on your door soon.”
It follows successful campaigns by TSSA to gain union recognition for control staff at both Govia Thameslink Railway and Southeastern.
