ScotRail accused of using ‘divide and conquer’ tactics on workers
UNIONS accused ScotRail bosses today of attempting to “divide and conquer” workers after attacking attempts to ballot members on strike action.
Representatives from rail union RMT and the Transport Salaried Staffs Association (TSSA) have hit out at the company after it quoted the latter in the dismissal of plans for industrial action.
On Monday, ScotRail accused the RMT of “agitating” for strike action during “a time of national crisis,” later appearing to quote the TSSA to reinforce this.
