RIGHT Support, Right Place, Right Time is the government's improvement plan for and review of special educational needs and disabilities (Send) and alternative provision (AP).

In 2022, the Send and alternative provision green paper explored the issues present within the current system.

It set out the government’s proposals to achieve better outcomes for children and young people, improve experiences for families — by reducing the current adversity and frustration they face — and deliver financial sustainability.
