Staff on London Underground’s Elizabeth line begin voting on strike action over pay
SAFETY-CRITICAL staff on London Underground’s Elizabeth line began voting on strike action over pay today.
Members of the Transport Salaried Staffs Association (TSSA) say they are paid “significantly less” than equivalent workers employed by contractors on the Underground.
The workers include traffic managers, service infrastructure and incident response managers on the capital’s new flagship west-east line.
