WAYNE COUZENS has been charged with four counts of indecent exposure which allegedly took place just weeks before he murdered Sarah Everard. 

The Crown Prosecution Service said today the alleged offences occurred between January and February 2021 when Mr Couzens was a serving Metropolitan Police officer.

A month later, on March 3, the officer kidnapped Ms Everard, 33, from a south London street before raping and murdering her.
