India's Modi urges diplomatic solution to war in Ukraine
INDIAN Prime Minister Narendra Modi called for diplomatic efforts to end the war in Ukraine during a visit to Poland today.
Mr Modi pledged Indian backing for such moves and said that no conflict can be solved on the battlefield.
“We support dialogue and diplomatic effort” to restore peace and stability “as soon as possible,” Mr Modi said following talks with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
