RUSSIA: A gunman killed at least 15 people, including 11 children, and wounded 24 others at a school before shooting himself today.

The gunman, identified as a 34-year-old ex-pupil of the school, was wearing a black T-shirt bearing “Nazi symbols.”

The shooting, which the Kremlin condemned as a “terrorist act,” took place in School No 88 in Izhevsk, a city about 600 miles east of Moscow in the Udmurtia region.
