SIR KEIR STARMER’S proposals to “make Brexit work” will do little to turn around the Tories’ “toxic” deal with the European Union, white-collar transport union TSSA warned today.
The Labour leader launched a new five-point plan on Monday to address Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s Brexit agreement, which he said is “holding back Britain’s stagnant economy.”
Despite spearheading the campaign for a second referendum in his previous post as shadow Brexit secretary, Sir Keir insisted that under his leadership, Labour would not seek another vote or attempt to re-enter the EU single market or customs union.
