NEU members vote to accept 6.5 per cent rise, securing highest pay award in over 30 years
MEMBERS of Britain’s biggest teaching union have voted overwhelmingly to accept a 6.5 per cent pay rise after taking eight days of strike action.
The National Education Union (NEU) ballot endorsed the offer, which was recommended by the School Teachers Review Body (STRB).
