ANTI-FASCISTS clashed with the Proud Boys in Portland, Oregon, on Sunday night, with one far-right protester opening fire on a group of counter-demonstrators.
The gunman, identified by police as Dennis G Anderson, crouched behind a bin and shot at anti-fascists who had peacefully gathered in the centre of the west coast US city.
No-one was hit, but several people were injured as the far-right group attacked individuals in a violent spree after a Proud Boys had held a reunion in an abandoned store car park earlier in the day.
