North Korea launches most powerful missile test since 2017

NORTH Korea fired a new intercontinental ballistic missile today, described as Pyongyang’s most powerful launch since 2017.

It is the latest test conducted by Kim Jong Un’s government, which South Korea and Japan warn could jeopardise regional stability.

South Korea’s President Moon Jae In said that the missile launch was a “clear violation” of UN security council resolutions.
