Women's cricket Scotland vs the Netherlands washed out in Abu Dhabi

SCOTLAND’S T20 international against the Netherlands was called off after a second washout in as many days at the quadrangular series in Abu Dhabi.

Tuesday saw the opening two matches at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium between the United Arab Emirates and the Netherlands and Scotland and the United States cancelled because of heavy rain.

The same fate befell the UAE-USA and Scotland-Netherlands fixtures set to take place at the same venue today.

Scotland are scheduled to face the UAE tomorrow when the series concludes with matches at Tolerance Oval.
