Train drivers across 11 operators to stage fresh 24-hour strike
MEMBERS of train drivers’ union Aslef are set to go on strike across 11 train operator firms next week, it was announced today.
Rail companies have told passengers some services will not be operating at all, while others are expected to be severely disrupted.
Train operators set to be affected include Avanti West Coast, Chiltern Railways, CrossCountry, East Midlands Railway, Great Western Railway, Greater Anglia, London North Eastern Railway, Northern Trains, Southeastern, Transpennine Express and West Midlands Trains.
