FULL-TIME Tesco Bank workers are set to pocket a £1,250 pay boost after discussions between bosses and Usdaw, the retail union announced today.
More than 90 per cent of the bank’s staff — about 3,400 employees — are eligible for the permanent increase, which was introduced on January 8, the union confirmed.
The salary uplift will be followed by the company’s annual pay review in May, which should see further wage rises for most workers, Usdaw said.
