DUTCH lawmakers passed a vote of censure in Prime Minister Mark Rutte today, leaving his political future in doubt.

While the PM survived a vote of no confidence, his likely coalition partner Sigrid Kaag said she wasn’t sure he would stay in charge of talks on forming the new government.

MPs voted that Mr Rutte had “not spoken the truth” when he denied having pushed for another MP, Pieter Omtzigt, not to have a role in the incoming coalition.
