Increasingly testy FMQs tackles the Welsh budget

THE Welsh budget dominated FMQs today ahead of the vote later in the Senedd.

Plaid Cymru leader Rhun ap Iorwerth pressed Eluned Morgan on the culture crisis in Wales, claiming that each day “institutions of cultural, educational and national importance are being dismantled under this Welsh Labour government.”

The Plaid leader accused the First Minister “of knowing the price of everything, but the value of nothing.”
