‘Absolute clarity’ needed over reports HS2 will now go to Crewe, union says
THE government must clarify reports that HS2 will now run from London Euston to Crewe, the TSSA union said today.
Senior ministers have re-evaluated the costs of the project and decided that the new high-speed railway line should continue beyond Birmingham, according to LBC radio.
