Usdaw leader insists Labour won't drop the pensions triple-lock
LABOUR will not U-turn over the pensions triple-lock, Usdaw deputy general secretary Dave McCrossen insisted today.
Addressing doubts over Sir Keir Starmer’s pledge raised at the union’s annual conference, he said: “I personally have none: Keir has given a firm commitment on this and I believe that will be honoured.”
Delegate Tom Dunlop had moved a motion calling on the government to ensure that the pension service maintains the triple lock in the future.
