Food delivery app Wolt accused of witholding wages
TWO former Wolt drivers in Berlin are suing the delivery company for withholding wages for several months.
In cases heard before the Berlin Labour Court on Thursday, the riders, from India and Pakistan, say they were hired by subcontractor Mobile World, a mobile phone shop in Neukolln.
According to Taz newspaper, one of the plaintiffs, Mohammad B, applied for a job after seeing an advert on Facebook.
