STUC calls for ‘all-out opposition to neonazis throughout Scotland’
Trade unionists and anti-racists urged to rally in Erskine on Sunday to oppose fascist targeting 200 refugees housed at the Muthu Glasgow River Hotel

THE STUC has demanded “all-out opposition to neonazis throughout Scotland” as it calls on the nation’s trade unionists and anti-racists to rally in Erskine on Sunday.

Supported by author Irvine Welsh, comedian Frankie Boyle and musician Eddie Reader, the demonstration seeks to bolster work done to fight the fascist targeting of 200 refugees housed at the town’s Muthu Glasgow River Hotel since February.

Racist Patriotic Alternative and its Homeland splinter have worked to inflame tensions through misinformation and fear-mongering.
