THIS perishingly cold encounter between Fulham and Tottenham was postponed by 15 minutes due to travel delays near Craven Cottage, yet the biggest travel problems were, for once, not down to trains. Instead, they were Tottenham’s problem.
They were simply incapable of getting out of Fulham’s press and travelling across the halfway line.
