TSSA says it is a ‘full and willing participant’ into sexual harassment inquiry
THE TSSA union has said it is a “full and willing participant” into the independent inquiry into allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying within the union and its leadership.
Helena Kennedy KC, a Labour peer, is interviewing current and former union officials following advice from the TUC.
Claims include former TSSA organiser Claire Laycock allegedly being harassed by general secretary Manuel Cortes in a pub after a Christmas party in 2018.
