THROUGHOUT December 2021 the UCU engaged in two pieces of critical industrial action. 

National action to safeguard pensions, matched by local action at Goldsmiths where a three-week strike has been set against a wave of compulsory redundancies with the eventual closure of departments and courses.

As a modern history MA student at the University of Sheffield and an alumnus of Goldsmiths I have been proud to stand alongside workers in both struggles.
