SOUTHAMPTON produced the kind of thwarting display that they so rarely muster when Tottenham come to visit.

Spurs won 5–2 in this fixture last season — Harry Kane assisting Son Heung Min for four of their five goals.

There was no lack of chances in this year’s edition — just a lack of good finishing. Saints frustrated Antonio Conte’s side in a 1-1 draw at St Mary’s.
