Labour: Sturgeon must back or sack death hospital board
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon

SCOTTISH Labour will bring forward a vote in Holyrood calling for the senior management of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHSGGC) to be sacked as a result of the ongoing scandal at a superhospital.

The party has said that the SNP government must choose which side they are on: bereaved families and bullied clinicians or out-of-touch managers.

At First Minister’s Questions in Holyrood last week, Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar revealed that a further two deaths at Glasgow’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital may be linked to infected water supply.
