EXTINCTION Rebellion symbols appeared across the globe over the weekend as part of the environmental group’s campaign for international action on climate change.
The group said aerial images of its logo sent a visual message that “time is running out and that internationalist solidarity is essential for tackling the climate and ecological emergency.”
Each of the giant extinction symbols “is a beautiful and unique artwork,” campaigners said.
