A RISE in new coronavirus cases in China and South Korea has sparked fears that the world is headed for a second wave of the deadly illness as lockdown eases.
Worldwide, in many cases the first wave is still building. India, Ukraine and Egypt have reported their highest numbers of new cases yet.
