LABOUR has signalled that it will back a general election this autumn if the EU allows Brexit to be delayed until 2020.
Jeremy Corbyn met PM Boris Johnson today to discuss a new timetable for leaving the EU, but the pair did not come to an agreement.
Instead Mr Johnson vowed to push for a general election if EU leaders sanction an extension to Article 50 up to the end of January.
