THE Morning Star NUJ chapel condemns the violent attack on Nicaraguan journalist Suyen Cortez by an opposition supporter while at a supermarket in Managua last week.
We extend our full support and solidarity to Ms Cortez and see this as the latest cowardly attempt to silence journalists by the Nicaraguan opposition.
