A GERMAN fighter plane is scrambled to thwart terrorists who have hijacked a passenger plane. The pilot, convinced that the plane is heading for a stadium packed with 70,000 people, takes the “unconstitutional” and individual decision to shoot down the passenger jet to prevent greater loss of life.

Is he guilty of murder? is the question posed by German playwright Ferdinand von Schirach in this production directed by Sean Holmes.
