BOSSES are using a “loopy loo loophole” to deny toilet breaks to retail workers, Usdaw conference heard yesterday.
The conference overwhelmingly passed a motion branding it “ridiculous” that employers must provide decent lavs but “there is no clear right” for workers to be able to use them.
