TRADE UNIONS around the world mobilised for yesterday’s Day for Decent Work protests, demanding an “end to corporate greed.”
More than a hundred events forming part of the annual global day of action had been registered on the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) special website (2015.wddw.org) by yesterday morning.
This year’s focus was on ending corporate greed, eliminating insecure work and formalising casual jobs, as well as winning a statutory living wage for workers.
