PRIME Minister Isa Mustafa signed a stabilisation and association agreement with the EU yesterday, a major step towards membership of the federation.
The signing took place at the Strasbourg office of EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, who called it a “very important step that has implied a lot, a lot, of work on both sides.”
“Now it is about implementation,” said EU enlargement commissioner Johannes Hahn, who will visit Kosovo next week.
