Mertens hands out pizza to the homeless in Naples

DRIES MERTENS does more for Naples than just score goals for the city’s football team.

The Napoli forward has also been doing charity work, including giving pizza to the homeless, visiting children’s hospitals, and collecting clothes for the less fortunate in the southern city.

The Belgium international uploaded a video of some of his acts of kindness to Twitter today, saying he posted it because he “hope[s] to inspire you to do the same,” before adding: “It doesn’t take a lot of effort to take action … I would love to see you try, too.”
