MOYRA SAMUELS, a campaigner for justice for those killed, bereaved and displaced by the Grenfell Tower fire warned at the weekend that survivors of the blaze have a “lack of confidence” in government conduct.
Ms Samuels, representing the Justice4Grenfell organisation, told the TUC Black Workers Conference on Saturday that justice will only come with the full participation of all concerned parties.
In her address, which received a standing ovation from delegates, she offered her thanks to the support of the trade union movement, particularly the Fire Brigades Union, which she praised for playing a “vital role” in building the justice campaign.
