TSSA backs CalMac Ferries strike action
SCOTLAND: A second union could join RMT in taking strike action at CalMac Ferries against privatisation.
The Transport Salaried Staffs Association, which represents 100 ticktet office staff and managers at the firm, will begin a 10-day ballot of staff for industrial action on July 3.
Union general secretary Manuel Cortes said the plans were “wrongheaded and unnecessary.
