LIB DEMS have resorted to extraordinary red scare tactics as they continue to lose support to Labour, the Morning Star can reveal.
The party’s average polling has declined from 10.5 per cent when the snap election was called to just 7.9 per cent by May 27.
In a desperate attempt to grapple back votes, one leaflet issued by the party is emblazoned with a hammer and sickle, and says the Labour leader would be “soft on terrorism” and “scrap Nato in the face of Russian aggression.”
