EU vote row ‘will delay referendum’
DAVID CAMERON faces an embarrassing EU referendum delay over his refusal to allow 16 and 17-year-olds a vote, Labour predicted yesterday.
The PM is set to throw out a Lords amendment to extend the franchise when the EU Referendum Bill returns to the Commons today.
