A BUSY London Underground station was forced to close temporarily at the weekend because it did not have enough staff.

Tube travellers who wanted to use Oxford Circus station, in the heart of central London’s busy shopping district, found it was shut for more than 45 minutes from just before 9am and that trains were not stopping.
